We will allow pilots to enter the job fairs based on sequential numbers generated by the payment transaction, so the sooner you pay for your registration, the better your seniority slot will be for entering the job fair. The Pilot Career Conference and Job Fair is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but the two job fair rooms are only open from 9:00 to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Please complete the form below to register for the conference. After entering your badge information and total time, you will be directed to the secure server of our payment processor (Plug'N Pay) to pay for your registration by credit card.

If you are a member of FLTops.com, you will need to select a different user name to register for the conference due to system limitations.

Las Vegas, Nevada - Tuscany Suites & Casino. Call 877-887-2261 (group reservation code is 11Q0Z6 or FLTops.com). Your rates should be $65 for May 15th and $125 for May 16th. Do not use the Group Reservations link on the Tuscany Web site. Discount available thru May 1st.
