Low Time pilots! - Take Greyhound to Dallas/Ft. Worth and get into the Afternoon Only pilot job fair for FREE! Just show us your Greyhound ticket and you're in the hunt. Book your bus at www.greyhound.com. The closest Greyhound station is in Arlington and less than ten minutes by car to the hotel.

Seniority Rules - We will allow pilots to enter the job fairs (morning and afternoon) based on sequential numbers generated by the payment transaction, so the sooner you pay for your registration, the better your seniority slot will be for entering the pilot job fair. Register early and start at the head of the line.

All Day Pilot Job Fair Admission - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a break from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (Don't miss a thing with the All Day option - maximize your exposure)

Afternoon Pilot Job Fair Admission - 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. (if you only want to meet with a few companies) Pick up your badge at 1:00 p.m.

Walk-ins - Badge pickup and walk-in registration start at 8:30 a.m. for the morning session and at 1:00 p.m. for the afternoon session. We usually have ample space to accommodate all walk-in attendees. Walk-in registration includes an additional $20 fee. We accept checks, credit cards and cash.

Focus on the Future (Free) - If you're a future professional pilot and actively looking for an aviation university or flight school, attend our conference for free and meet with representatives from the best schools in the U.S. Learn from the pros about the projected need for new pilots, financing your flight training and developing a rational career plan. You will not be allowed to enter the qualified-pilot job fair room. If you registered for the paid job fairs, you do not need to register for the free conference presentations. Fill out the Free Registration Form if you are interested in attending. Your parents, guardians and school counselors are welcome to attend with you and should also register if attending.
