Bring plenty of resumes! Providing a copy of your resume during registration will expedite the process. All recruiting companies are accepting resumes unless otherwise noted in the list to the right. All participating representatives will be happy to answer your questions about their company. The company list will be updated daily so check back often. The FltOps.com crew will work hard to bring as many recruiting companies as possible to our Atlanta event, and we expect many more companies to register by the day of the show. All companies shown are present at both the morning and afternoon job fairs.

Seniority Rules - Seniority Rules - We will allow pilots to enter the job fairs (morning and afternoon) based on sequential numbers generated by the payment transaction, so the sooner you pay for your registration, the better your seniority and earlier your boarding zone. Register early and start at the head of the line.

Walk-ins - Badge pickup and walk-in registration start at 8:00 a.m. for the morning session and at 12:30 p.m. for the afternoon session. We usually have ample space to allow all walk-in attendees, but it's possible this conference may be a sellout. If the conference is sold out, we will not be able to accommodate walk-in registrants. Visit this page often to determine the status of walk-in capabilities. Walk-in registration for job fair attendees includes an additional $20 fee, so registering online saves you money. We accept checks, credit cards and cash.

Focus on the Future (Free) - Afternoon Only starting at 12:30 p.m. - If you're a future professional pilot or other aviation professional and actively looking for an aviation university or flight school, attend our afternoon conference for free and meet with representatives from the best schools in the U.S. Learn from the pros about the projected need for new pilots, other careers available in aviation, financing your flight/aviation training and education and developing a rational career plan. You will not be allowed to enter the qualified-pilot job fair room. If you are a qualified pilot and registered for the paid job fairs, you do not need to register for the free conference presentations. Fill out the Free Registration Form if you are interested in attending. Your parents, guardians and school counselors are welcome to attend with you and should also register if attending.

Low Time pilots! - Take Greyhound to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Int'l Airport north terminal and get into the Afternoon Only pilot job fair for FREE! Just show us your Greyhound ticket and you're in the hunt. Book your bus at www.greyhound.com. The Greyhound station is located in the North Terminal in the Atlanta Airport, and then it's a free ride on the ATL SkyTrain to the hotel.
