Bring plenty of resumes! Providing a copy of your resume during registration will expedite the process. Low Time and High Time Rooms - The pilot job fair is divided into two rooms - Low Time and High Time. The recruiters in the High Time Room respectfully request that you not present your resume to them unless you meet their specific "line" minimums shown just below their company's name to the right. It is in the best interest of your pilot career that you abide by their request.

Low Time pilots! - Take Greyhound to Phoenix (the station is only 4 miles west of the Marriott) and get into the Afternoon Low Time job fair for FREE! Just show us your Greyhound ticket and you're in the hunt. Book your bus at www.greyhound.com.

Seniority Rules - We will allow pilots to enter the job fairs (morning and afternoon) based on sequential numbers generated by the payment transaction, so the sooner you pay for your registration, the better your seniority slot will be for entering the pilot job fair. Register early and start at the head of the line.

Walk-ins - Badge pickup and walk-in registration start at 8:30 a.m. for the morning session and at 1:00 p.m. for the afternoon session. We usually have ample space to accommodate all walk-in attendees. We accept checks, credit cards and cash.

Focus on the Future (Free) - If you're a future professional pilot and actively looking for an aviation university or flight school, attend our conference for free and meet with representatives from the best schools in the U.S. Learn from the pros about the projected need for new pilots, financing your flight training and developing a rational career plan. You will not be allowed to enter the qualified-pilot job fair rooms. If you registered for the paid job fairs, you do not need to register for the free conference presentations. Fill out the Free Registration Form if you are interested in attending. Your parents, guardians and school counselors are welcome to attend with you and should also register if attending.

Saturday night decision - We expect some companies to stay over and interview pilots on Sunday, so plan your hotel stay accordingly.
